# サービスの責任範囲

サービス提供者として、当社の責任範囲は以下のように定義されています：

* システムの稼働
  * 当社には、定義した稼働時間目標を満たすために必要なすべての手段を講じる責任があります。これには、システムの管理、監視、メンテナンス、トラブルシューティングが含まれます。
* ワークフローの運用
  * 当社には、プラットフォーム上で稼働しているワークフローのパフォーマンスと可用性を維持する責任があります。しかし、これはプラットフォームが提供する機能と制限内で利用者（ベンダーメンバー）が自身で設定したワークフローに限定されます。
* データのセキュリティとプライバシー
  * 当社には、利用者（ベンダーメンバー／エンドユーザ）のデータを適切に保護し、法令と規定に準拠する責任があります。これには、データ暗号化、アクセス制御、データ保護方針の遵守が含まれます。
* システムのアップデートとメンテナンス
  * 当社には、プラットフォームの定期的なアップデートとメンテナンスを行う責任があります。これらの作業は可能な限りダウンタイムを最小限に抑えるようスケジュールされ、利用者（ベンダーメンバー）には事前に通知されます。

責任範囲外となるのは、次のような状況です：

* インテグレーション先のSaaSの問題によりサービスに接続できない場合。
* プラットフォームが提供する機能の制限を超えたことでエラーや問題を引き起こした場合。
* 利用者（ベンダーメンバー／エンドユーザ）が自身のネットワークやシステムの問題によりサービスに接続できない場合。
* 利用者（ベンダーメンバー／エンドユーザ）が自身のデータを不適切に使用または管理した場合。

これらの項目は、当社が提供するサービスの品質と信頼性を確保するためのものであり、皆様に最高のサービスを提供するための当社のコミットメントを反映しています。
